SHANE VICTORINO CELEBRITY GOLF CLASSIC November 21, 2009

I am invited again this year to participate in Hawaii's own MLB All-Star Shane Victorino's Annual Celebrity Golf Classic Event & Auction. This year's proceeds benefit the Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation so once again all proceeds from the event stay in Hawaii. I am pleased to donate an original artwork for the event's auction! I will post a photo of the framed artwork this weekend on my blog. The event takes place in Maui at the Makena Beach & Golf Resort.

Shane Victorino's A Round To Remember

Philadelphia Phillies Center fielder & Maui 's own Shane Victorino is hosting a celebrity golf tournament in November to support the Alzheimer Association's Aloha Chapter. When I was approached by the Beverly Hills Sports Council to donate my art for the charity auction I was pleased to help the cause. I have had many individuals and organizations use my crayon art techniques as art therapy for their loved ones afflicted with Alzheimer's. I am donating a piece of original surf artwork to the event for auction along with my crayon art techniques kit. It promises to be a great event featuring celebrities, athletes, and people wanting to be involved in this worthwhile cause.
